Rebecca Elkins  studied art at Houston Baptist University where she developed an interest and appreciation for her craft. For over 15 years, Rebecca has shared her love of working with children at West University Baptist Church in various capacities, including helping to set up a special needs ministry.  In 2008 she was blessed with the opportunity to teach junior high and high school art classes with a local homeschool co-op and has created quite an extensive program to develop students' artistic abilities.  Her philosophy is that we are created in the image of God who is the Greatest Artist. She strives to enable her students to see the creative side of our Creator.  Rebecca has been married to Van for over 25 years and has two beautiful children.  She left her position as a Financial Aid Advisor at a local technical school to become a full-time homemaker.  Homeschooling since 2000, she recently graduated her youngest who is now studying art at a local university.  The Elkins family serves and worships at Magnolia Bible Church.  Contact: Rebecca Elkins at vrelkins4@gmail.com.
