Heather Davis received her M.A. in English at Sam Houston State University. During her M.A., Heather worked alongside graduate professors to complete her master’s thesis as well as present her findings to a graduate board. During her undergraduate degree, her research led her to obtain an internship position working on grant projects as well as completing a Direct Study under the Dean of the SHSU Elliott T. Bowers Honors College. Aside from teaching, Heather also works as a freelance writer for The Woodlands City Lifestyle magazine where she is given the opportunity to constantly meet so many new faces of The Woodlands! Heather is active in her local church working various roles as well as spreading the gospel through short-term mission trips. You'll most likely find Heather at a coffee shop or traveling throughout the States.
