At Tomball Classes, we want you to know the teachers consider their classes to be a ministry and are committed to meet each  student's educational needs as best they can.  We are keenly aware that we are not a school, only a support arm, helping each family reach the goals set by parents for their own children.

Parental Supervision
Since our classes meet only once per week, teachers rely heavily on daily parental supervision of the student's work at home.   We expect students to work diligently to complete weekly assignments and be prepared when they come to class in order for the class time to be productive for all students. An unprepared student stifles not only his own progress but also the effectiveness of class time for all other students.

Full Year Commitment
We also ask that parents share the same full year commitment as the teachers, with the understanding that each teacher will establish his or her own drop policy to deal with emergency situations, such as illness or an unexpected move from the area. In August, each teacher may make a decision to go forward with some small classes, based on this full year commitment.  Additionally, in any class that is full, each student has taken a seat that might have gone to another student.  In light of these considerations, you should consider your enrollment a full year commitment, whether or not your child completes the full year of classes, unless you have been informed otherwise by your teacher.
Expect to pay the full year's tuition, unless  you have made emergency arrangements with your teacher.

Insurance Fee
To defray rising rental costs without steep tuition increases, each family will make a single $20 insurance payment annually, payable to Tomball Classes.  This payment should be sent to Beth Munnerlyn, 11830 Maureen's Way, Pinehurst,  TX  77362.  The insurance fee must be paid before students attend any classes.

Supervised Study Hall / Fellowship Hall
Students who will be on campus in between classes must be enrolled in study hall for their safety- not wandering around the campus before, between, or after class.    Registration for study hall ( which is free) will be open August 1.

We look forward to another great school year in 2010/2011.
